Strategy Risks seeks a highly motivated candidate to support the organizational aspects of Strategy Risks. Relevant experience implementing administrative systems, processes and coordinating complex projects is a must. Responsibilities Include: Ensuring timely and effective completion of projects, initiatives, and other operations tasks as neededMaintain and implement administrative systems and processes to support operationsMaintain accurate, confidential files and data recordsCoordinate operational needs and issues with vendorsReview, coordinate and file key documentsExecute tasks as assigned by senior executives Desired Knowledge, Education, and Experience: Ability to maintain confidentialityBachelor’s degree desired2-4 years of experience in business administration, operations or relevant fieldTrack record of organizing and managing multiple projects Strong English-language writing and communication skills, effective critical thinking, and strong attention to detail Experience with data and knowledge management Self-starter and ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight Proficiency in MS Office SuiteThe ability to work 15-20 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours, as requiredLocated in the NYC metropolitan area is a plus but not required The Operations Assistant role is a paid, remote position with flexible scheduling.
