Executive Assistant Job Description Strategy Risks is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct administrative support to the CEO. This role is a hybrid remote and in-person position requiring 15-30% of work to be done in person in New York City. Applicants should be willing and able to handle unplanned in-person tasks to support the CEO. This EA will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including calendar management, leading coordination of travel, and managing event planning and organization. This Executive Assistant must have high integrity and be comfortable handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism while dealing with senior executives. The ideal EA will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail. They should have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management. Executive Assistant Responsibilities Your duties will include: Schedule meetings and manage calendars Answer emails and take messages Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with CEO daily time management Run errands as requested (typically in the SOHO – Wall Street area) Plan travel including flights, accommodations and ground transportation Coordinate events and speaking engagements Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters, on behalf of the CEO.
