Executive Assistant To CEO

Strategy Risks is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide support for our CEO. This role acts as the executive’s “right-hand-person”, enabling the CEO to advance company initiatives. Strategy Risks is a fully remote company, and most tasks will not be done in person.  This EA will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including calendar management, leading coordination of travel, and managing event planning and organization. The EA will be entrusted to a wide range of decisions affecting the prioritization, importance, and speed of our business. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism while dealing with senior executives. The ideal EA will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail. They should have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management. Ideally, they will have gained this experience in a smaller startup.   Your duties will include: Manage scheduling for company executive(s) Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s) Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings Prioritize emails and respond when necessary Coordinate travel arrangements Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time-management skills Ability to pay attention to detail Organization skills Ability to multitask Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office Strong Interpersonal skills What is Desired: Preference for living in the New York City metro area  Background in China studies and/or Mandarin language skills is a plus
